TEN ELVES prides itself on making products from the highest quality materials with attention to detail. Returns are accepted within 7 (seven) days of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on TEN ELVES website, please email us at support@tenelves.com  24 hours of receipt of the product. We will guide you with the further procedure.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• Product must be unused, unworn, in original condition, tags intact, and in its original packaging.
• Embossed / Personalised items cannot be returned. All sales are final.
• Purchase of discounted/Sale products do not qualify for a return. All sales are final.
• Proof of purchase is required

Decision of the company TEN ELVES in regard to returns will be final and binding.

In cases where due to usage and natural wear & tear, a part of the product is damaged, such as hardware – locks, studs, screws, buckles, straps, please write to us at support@tenelves.com and we will get back to you. There may be costs for such repairs.

After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. Cancellation requests for customized product orders will not be entertained.
